Pennsylvania Reading Teacher Educators’ Special Interest Council

 

  The purposes of the council shall be:

1.      To improve the preparation and continuing education of teachers of reading

2.      To provide a forum for debate and discussion of current issues regarding reading instruction

3.      To promote mutual understanding and cooperation among reading educators by facilitating   communication among its members

4.      To stimulate research in reading and disseminate significant investigations and to seek improved competence at all levels of reading instruction.

Membership

Membership is open to individuals who are actively engaged or interested in the preparation and continuing education of teachers of reading within the state of Pennsylvania.  Click here for more information.
